Horizons Atlanta Camp
Staff / Nathan Self
Horizon camp visitor Dayaea Baltazar, 8, daughter of Veronica Baltazar of Sandy Springs, right, is greeted at the door by Holy Innocents’ teacher Holly Mullinax as she arrives for camp.

Some 100 at-risk students in kindergarten through eighth grade are now at Holy Innocents’ Episcopal School in Sandy Springs until the end of July for Horizons Atlanta, one of only 17 such programs across the country that promotes the potential of public schoolchildren from economically disadvantaged families.
